Hi, I’m Dion Boles, a full stack engineer focused on healthcare software. For about nine years I’ve built health-tech systems, with deep experience in FHIR interoperability (FHIR R4, HAPI FHIR, SMART on FHIR) and clinical decision support, including work on federal health programs.
These days I also build GenAI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and I use Claude Code agentic workflows to ship faster. I work mostly in Python, TypeScript and React.
